Biography
Heather R. Gushue practices exclusively in civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses primarily in real estate and business matters. After graduating law school, Heather began her legal career with the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, which is one of the busiest appellate courts in the United States. In her role as an Appellate Court Attorney, Heather prepared confidential reports for the Appellate Justices in a wide range of practice areas. She has also worked in London advising on issues relating to international banking regulations.
Just prior to joining Gettinger Waldinger Monteleone Gushue & Hollis, LLP in September, 2019, Heather practiced in the New York City office of a large international law firm where she represented various global financial institutions and commercial lenders. Heather also advised on compliance issues with state and federal regulators. Heather has experience in all phases of litigation, including complex motion practice and discovery at the trial level.
