Biography
Karen Tobias is an estate planning attorney who has provided compassionate counsel and outstanding legal services for over 30 years. Karen offers both experience and expertise in the area of elder law planning including asset preservation and Medicaid planning. She also advises clients on the full range of trust and estate planning including wills and trusts; advance directives including power of attorney and healthcare directives; probate and administration matters; and income, gift, and estate tax planning. Karen offers home visits as needed.
